Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Move (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Move for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Use Move in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Do not use the App while operating a vehicle or in any unsafe manner.
• Keep the necessary device permissions enabled for the features you use.
• Keep your Google account credentials secure when using backup features.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or misuse the App.
• Do not use Move for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Location tracking

Move uses location services to track trips and provide retrace guidance. Location tracking can use battery, accuracy varies with device and GPS conditions, and you are responsible for safe use while traveling. Trip data is stored locally unless you choose an available backup or sharing feature.

Google Drive backup

If you enable Google Drive backup, you authorize Move to access the Drive storage needed for your backup. You are responsible for your Google Drive account and storage. You can disconnect backup through Settings at any time.

Disclaimer

Move is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that location tracking will be completely accurate, that data will never be lost, or that the App will meet every requirement. Maintain backups of information that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
